Payment methods
Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will receive an invoice for the purchase of the items (in .pdf format) to your e-mail address immediately after the delivery of the package or in physical form immediately after you have collected the package.
The following payment methods are available to you
1. ESTIMATE (TRR)
Payment by pre-invoice to our transaction account (we will send you the pre-invoice by email). The pre-invoice is valid for 5 days, after which the order will be deleted from the system. When paying by pre-invoice, please be sure to quote the invoice number in the reference to make it easier to track payments.
2. VISA/MASTERCARD ONLINE PAYMENT
Pay by credit card via the online payment interface (redirect to secure payment).
There are no extra charges for online card payments. You can pay online with a debit or credit card (MasterCard® and Visa).
If you choose to pay by card online when placing your order, please make sure you enter your details and follow all the steps to complete the payment. After clicking on the ”Submit Order” button, you will be taken to a pop-up window of the PayU payment system where you need to enter your card details.
What information will you need to enter?
- Card number (16-digit number on the front of the card, numbers only)
- CVV code (last 3 digits on the back)
- Validity (month and year)
After successfully entering your details, you will be redirected to the bank’s website. The payment process will vary depending on your banking service provider or card issuer. You will receive the security code via different channels (sms, mobile device, etc.) If you do not receive the security code, please contact your banking service provider or card issuer. After clicking on the pay button, you will be redirected to a page where you enter the code you receive in an sms message from your bank.
After a successful payment, the transaction is visible in your bank statement.
